ABOUT US
Abingdon Probus Club is a lunching club for retired professionals and businessmen. The club was founded in 1977 and has since held its regular meetings in a number of venues in and around Abingdon. We sometimes have an after-lunch talk by a member or guest speaker, these cover an eclectic range of topics. Each year we hold social events and outings for members, spouses, partners, or guests.
Although we are not a charitable organisation and have no charity commitment we have made donations to several local charities, sometimes by way of thanking a guest speaker.
All members are expected to serve on the club committee at some stage.

Monthly Meetings
Our meetings are normally on the 2nd Wednesday each month and our current venue is The Hilton Garden Hotel, Marcham Road, Abingdon, OX14 1TZ.
Members unable to attend must inform the secretary by the preceding Friday if they are unable to attend.
